Yichen Li

Yichen Li is a prospective master's student at the Graduate School of Business Administration, Hitotsubashi University, under the supervision of Professor Xiji Zhu. He earned his bachelor's degree in Japanese Language and Literature from Shanghai University. His research interests include diversity and inclusion (D&I), employee proactive behavior, and leadership. Currently, he is particularly focused on exploring the role of Playful Work Design and leadership in fostering employee engagement within diverse workplaces.
