Yu Yang

Yu Yang is a Ph.D. student in Business Administration (Organizational Behavior/Human Resources) at the Department of Managerial Studies, Business School, University of Illinois Chicago. She received her Master's degree in Business Administration and Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE), China.

Her research is primarily focused on organizational behavior and human resource management, with a particular interest in workplace diversity and disability inclusion. Recently, she has published work in the Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources examining disability-related wage gaps in China, and presented several papers on disability inclusion and AI-HR management at the Academy of Management Annual Meetings.
