Ranxin Liao

Ranxin Liao is currently a PhD student in the Graduate School of Business Administration, Hitotsubashi University, under the supervision of Prof. Xiji Zhu. She previously received her Master's degree in Management from Sophia University.
Ranxin's interests focus on the role of gender in organizational contexts, that is, how female and male employees interpret leaders'/coworkers' behaviors or organizational practices differently.
