Prof. Xiji Zhu

Xiji Zhu is currently an associate professor at  the Hitotsubashi University Business School. Before joining Hitotsubashi University, he has been worked at the Central University of Finance and Economics (Beijing, China, as an associate professor in 2017-2023), Cornell University (Ithaca, US, as a visiting research fellow in 2022), Tibet University (Visiting Professor, 2021), Rutgers University (Part-time Lecturer, 2020), the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Hong Kong SAR, China, as a PhD student and research assistant in 2013-2017). His research focuses on creating a diverse and inclusive workplace in the digital era, promoting the employment and inclusion of disadvantaged groups such as the health-disadvantaged, female, older workers, from the perspectives of organizational behavior and human resource management.
